"I agree with SELORONIOS here. akali feels overall quite balanced I'd say. From patch 10.19 her five point strike will deal -5 damage and will have reduced AP scaling from 65 >>> 60%. I really don't think those changes were neccessary but Rior knows better then me.

Well when calculating for D/C/A/S... many aspects that people don't know about are also taken in considiration. For example CC score, objective participation, turret damage, overall gold efficiency...
