"I like the build, but I wonder, do you think that Singed is fast enough with Mercury's Treads and Force of Nature? Next, the seals. Does Singed really need exra HP at the start? Why not some Armor/MR seals? And about the masteries, do you think Singed is viable enough without the 21st point "

"I see... But I believe that any smart team will disable the tank to stop the extra CC and/or damage, and that's why I pick cleanse, but I'll make sure to include Ignite as an optional summoner spells on the tanky Singed. Also, do you think that the Aggressive Version of singed is too squishy?"
