alistar - Would make him broken. He has the two strongest CCs at his disposal, the stronger of the two is an AoE. Both cooldowns go as low as 6s with 40% CDR, and the stronger CC lasts 2s (1s knock up 1s stun) already. His heal is really good already, and again a lower cooldown m"
