"You can skip tiers if your MMR is high enough. I think about 20-30+ lp gains with a win streak will let you skip. "

Broken Links in Toolbar
In the toolbar at the top, if you scroll over the Community tab and click on "Theory Crafting" you get a 404 error. Same with the "New Player Help" and "Mentoring"...
