"If you wanna be aggressive, I recommend doing it early, when glitterlance hurts the most and takes up the least mana, i.e. Level 1-2. Constantly poke without pushing the lane, and try setting up kill opportunities for your carry.
Meaning when they get low, slow/polymorph/slap them."
