malphite has low damage.
If you put some kind of burst in your lane, jungle alistar can be really stronk.
alistar doesn't necessarily have low damage though. I think it's pretty high because he has his passive an stuff, and can bring"

"You either go Q/E>W to go balls deep and run into him with heightened resistances so his Q won't hurt as much, or W first to harass easier because WW is melee and you can take advantage with your range.
Regular skilling works too, I guess."
