counter strike is a stun.
enchantment: furor is a 12% MS buff. All this stuff makes Jax a super sticky assassin/duelist.
And you still need a gap closer?

R > W > E/Q (situationally), and Rageblade first is subpar compared to Trinity Force for sustained damage, Hextech Gunblade for burst, or Blade of the Ruined King.
Dorans start is still unreliable, and I have no idea why you have Teemo or Yorick "
