Posted a Comment: Jan 15th, 2014 "Brutalizer is awful. It's only effective on low armor targets. Literally EVERY top laner now rushes a Sunfire Cape + Tabi, meaning they have upwards of 150 armor. Brutalizer will give you, what, 5% increased damage? Even if you're ahead, it's garbage since the 1337g can be used on actually useful"

Against ranged W sucks because you likely aren't going to be in ranged to hit them, you get zoned, and they hit 2 first which is pretty dangerous. Q is useless without W or E. Riven doesn't need it because she 1 shots people with her full combo and because of all her gap closers, no point in slowing dead squishies. FM is useful on either melees who need to stick or ranged champions who need to kite, which isn't a lot"

See: Renekton, Rengar, Riven, Yasuo, Tryndamere, Shen Nasus has non-existant mana problems too, and if you don't start Shield you get all-in'd at level 2 and die because you don't have +120 HP and a block passiv"
