"I think Varus is an AD Caster.
One of his passive forces you to cast spells, and when you do your target loses 5% of their max health.
Stonewall did an early-release jungling video on him and the numbers/reduced damage to minions made me rethink how well he'll actually do in the jungle :/

"Iunno. HG is kind of a must on poppy, both the spell vamp and life steal procs on her Q so it's really good in sustaining yourself in fights. Also it helps her mixed damage, so her Q hits like a truck.
