Normally Hextech Gunblade after Trinity Force, if you're being targeted hard just get a Quicksilver Sash.
I personally like what Zekent (SpamHappy) does for solo-top with his runes.

CAN'T GET A GOOD SOLID POPPY GAME IN UGH. I find poppy kinda like Skarner. You can build Triforce and then build straight tank and still do good. I really like QSS and Frozen Heart. I dunno why but, I feel weak when I go Triforce> HG. I kinda like a more tanky, utility Poppy. I don't know how many times I have gotten into those 1v1 jungle battles where I survived with almost no health thanks to resistances. I dunno. Any replacements for HG?
Iunno. HG is kind of a must on Poppy, both the spell vamp and life steal procs on her Q so it's really good in sustaining yourself in fights. Also it helps her mixed damage, so her Q hits like a truck.
If you don't need the spell vamp/life steal you could always go Trinity Force > Infinity Edge.
