"AD Marks and Quints, as Searz says, are good because W deals magic damage and it's your primary tool for clearing the jungle, eliminating the need for Armor Pen runes.
@Searz Madred's still gives AD, just not as much as you'd want. It also gives more AS, Armor, and the on-hit effect.

I recommend switching thornmail to Atmas. Thornmail is just a bad item for Shyv in general, you don't have any threat to the other team so they probably won't focus you. Better to get damage from all the health."
