You might want to consider an early wriggle's lantern to be in your core build because ward jumping es op.
Also, tempest/cripple is better than sonic wave/resonating strike IMO. The main reason you use Q isn't for ranged harass, it's for gap closing, and the damage done "

Anyway, what Weekend says is about right, although I wouldn't run AS in lane because a lot of early damage is from burst and not just directly smacking them over and over. Flat AD reds and quints are really stronk."
