I would go Philosopher's Stone>Heart of Gold>Mercury's Treads or Ionian Boots of Lucidity>Catalyst the Protector.
Then keep your item build.
Have to build the gp5's fast."

If you want CDR, build shurelya's, if you want AtS build Wit's End.
If you want AP, don't build Nashor's Tooth."
