"I should -1 for just the AP Glyphs, but the builds are just as bad :(

"Spirit Visage doesn't work on Morde, and it's too cheap for a morde who is stacking a soulstealer, and too expensive for 250hp/25 mr.
Also, compared to other 3100g items, Rylai's is BAD on Mordekaiser.
Morde has to stay on his opponant, and a 15% slow, or flash, won't do that.

I would get Merc Treads for my tenacity, and then make up for the 20 spell pen with another item like Haunting Guise or a Void Staff.
