"I would think of spell vamp classification, rather than rylai's.
Rylai's is specifically changed for some single target spells.
As a general rule, if the spell CAN hit an unlimited number of targets, then it will probably be mitigated by the new evasion mastery."

It caused me to lose 2-3 kills, only because it meant i couldnt dive him.
