How again is Triforce a bad item?
I wouldn't rush triforce, but i would pick it up.

"Used to actually be a good item for characters with AD scaling and low cooldowns such as Mordekaiser, Udyr, Corki. Basically anyone with low cooldowns, and some kind of AP ratios."

Slow effects stack, but rylai's can only apply on a damaging effect.
Since Nunu's Snowball is a slowing damage move, then Rylai's will apply on his Snowball.
