In the first case, Vayne, Caitlyn, Sona, Janna, Nidalee, pretty much all of them with a hearty blue pull.
In the second case, probably only Leona. (but she's a terrible jungler.)"

"The main reason for AP, is because your combo is Ult in, AA, Q, AA.
With a lich bane, that means that you do Ult > Lich Bane Proc > Q > Lich Bane + Q Proc.
Your standard build is Rylai's > Gunblade > Deathcap > defensive items like GA > situational items like void staff.
