These items are extremely effective on Kennen, don't see why anyone would argue otherwise.
The ordering MIGHT be changed in certain situations, but this is a very solid build."

Then you can use 2 blue CDR runes, and then 7x AP :O
Basically, CDR boots > Sorc Shoes when you're going to get a void staff.
