"You basically have to burst him when his shield is down.
OR you can play very aggresively and force his shield down.
You should rush revolver because he's going to do the same.
Eventually though, if you let Mordekaiser get in range, you WILL lose the lane.

I agree with that by the way, i USUALLY will play as split push like this, i basically kill anything silly enough to get into range, and they will avoid me and lose their towers, or i will kill them, and then they will lose their tow"
