"If you have bad ratios (.5 and under) then Glacial Shroud/Frozen Heart is an AWESOME way to get some armor, and increase your damage over time.
If you have really short cooldowns, that's even better."

"Honestly, you want to pick someone that becomes very strong with a few items, like Mordekaiser.
Get those items, then force fights, or towers.
I used to run Gunblade+Will of the Ancients on Mordekaiser, and it let me stand at their Nexus, and beat on it while all 5 of them were on top of me, j"
