"Jungling is the fastest way to lose ELO.
You have to pick a character that strongly influences teamfights, and then farm to all hell.
200 cs @ 25 minutes is my usual "carry" mark.
When i have 50-60 more CS than my opponents, then i can usually 1v2-3."
