I had an Enchant sorc who used pretty much exclusively Enchant, Magic Shield and Static Field, and I could solo hell Diablo and Baal."

Look for Good Ratings.
I personally think in a $1000 range, you should base your build around a i5 2500(k) and a GTX 480/Hd 6970x2 setup.
I personally recommend Kingston memory, and 8gb is a good size for a $10"
