I had to strongly disagree with the question about irelia, because irelia isn't a great anti-carry.
She's a decent bruiser, but now that she isn't a safe pick, she's very situational, and i can't see many people playing her."

Not only does he have a rather short 550 range for a standard "cheese" AD carry, but he also has bottom 10 attack speed, and very average attack damage base.
His kit also really isn't that helpful in the AD role.
