2, isn't veigar all about overkill? The easier we burst down someone the more we can manage our ult. Carries can die without using ultimate at all
3, it's true that your dark matter is way to expensive pre-6. but in case you get towerdived by "

1,Why get Chalice if all you need for mana management is a blue buff?
2,Why don't you recommend Void Staff as situational item, it gives you a lot of magic penetration (That's kind of the focus in my own Veigar guide)
3,Why take 2 lvls in Event"
