Posted a Comment: Nov 5th, 2013 "no I only run with characters with dashes and when flash is up or with Vlad or Fizz or Rammus the way to run with Vlad is you flash over wall, use ghost then W the CC and damage from the defenders with fizz you can Q to them to get closer then E when they try to CC or dmg or to avoid turret sh"
