Posted a Comment: Jul 1st, 2014 "Oh I agree with the AP in a more serious game type, this build is more for the lower ELO's. It's basically meant to give some carrying capabilities to Rammus. Summoner spell's are preferential for the most part. Flash will be the best for ganking almost always, I just find that Ghost gives a stronge"

Any kill will transfer gold so say you had 3 charges as Leona and your ult killed 3+, your adc would get 3 cs as well. not to mention the great sustain. Me and my friend will both"
