"Pretty much any champion thats squishy and uses skillshots suffers horribly during lag. Characters that have target attacks (such as the aforementioned singed and volibear) tend to do quite a bit better as the timing is less key."

"What would you think about specking 9 points in utility and going for culinary master? The extra mana regen + movespeed is nice and you get a good bit extra outof your pots early on."

"Changed the Materies for the mid/carry build to spec points in utility, Added a notice that there is a toplane build aswell (for people new to the build), and updated the starting items a little."
