"Anyone else a little horrified only 2 of the scary AP nukes (Annie and Anivia) are on the list for lowest health...This means that Soraka has less starting health than Fiddlesticks and Karthus, there is something seriously wrong with that..."

"The chalice of harmony is def. a lot like veigar's passive, I just wanted to make an item that gave AP tanks that used mana an option to get spellvamp w/o getting WotA, and still get decent mana regen. "

Brimming Chalice
+40 MR, +7.5 mana/5 seconds, 45 AP, and 25% spellvamp. Unique passive: Increases your mana regen by 2% for every 1% mana you are missing.

"I agree with everything TheJohn said but the soul shroud, seeing as you don't need the mana regen (you have an Archangel Staff) and by end game it is pretty much useless to your other allies. "
