"All but one of her AP ratios is over 50%, and starcall is more for farming/harassing than anything else anyways. Both of her healing abilities have really high AP ratios so decent AP is always a must. Spamming heals constantly whether you have high CDR or not with drain your mana. Building a combo w"

"Sivir is another DPS that could benefit from a wit's end. If you're doing Warmog's/Atma's it (or a hexdrinker) is pretty much a core item anyways.
Pretty much any champ with an AoE/Poison ability can benefit from Spellvamp because the constant damage gives constant healing.

"I found that AP Ez was easier than AD Ez because all of his abilities scale off of AP, while only 2 of them scale off of AD. Plus AP items tend to be cheaper. "

"AP Ez + Lichbane = abilities that don't suck and a decent basic attack when you use them.
what's so bad about that?
I'm amused that Kat should be built AP but Ez should not even though he does almost no damage when you go AD. "
