"I tend to put items on 1235. Sightstone usually on 1, redemption on 2, Control Wards on 3, other active items in other slots depending, items like Zz'rot Portal and Zeke's Harbinger can go wherever as I rarely need to use them on the fly."

"I move any items with actives to the slots easiest for my fingers on QWER to access as soon as I buy them. I also attempt to always put certain items in certain slots so muscle memory can do a lot of the work for me when I want to use them. "
