"Wouldn't be one summoner spell for escaping better since he has no escape abilities. Because I saw on others guides and worked well for me. And I think building defense item would be better since you get killed in 2 sec when you don't have any..."

"I think taking Flash would be better than ghost since you can save your self better thatn ghost. You already have duskbringer.
And I would prefer Phantom Dancer that Black Cleaver since you have already enough armor penetration."
