"I think he's alot better and the rage system works well with him. With health, and armor runes my early game is durable enough that I don't have to constantly worry about dying pre 6. And vamp scepter on him is amazing."

"I don't think you have enough CDR in your build. I would skip on RoA and go for an evil tome if you want AP and CDR, then throw in a glacial shroud somewhere or a kindlegem and you're good."

"I'm not sure, having an extra 8 HP/5 may not make that much of a difference for too long. Sure it's really useful very early on like levels 1-4, but after that it wouldn't make much of a difference. Although I guess the same can be said for a lot of runes."

"ah I see nvm then. I was thinking it was like malady would reduce magic resist by 20, and then her passive would reduce it by 10%. So if someone had 100 MR, they would lose a total of 28, lowering the effectiveness of her passive by 2. But if percent is calculated first, then it doesn't matter."

"While I agree that her base damage could use a boost, I think Leona is a pretty solid tank. As with any tank you kinda have to be aggressive and just charge into the enemy team and hope that your team follows. Maxing her w first is essential, keeps her alive much longer."

"ya the major problem with mage zil is his late game. Damage doesnt scale too well, so he's left with a rather mediocre burst in the form of bomb>rewind>bomb. If you don't have a ridiculously good early game with him, he won't be of much use later on, he'll be too easy to focus down since you"
