Posted a Comment: Jul 26th, 2011 "The highest possible dodge is around 21% (for jax about 39%) meaning you can dodge 1 in 5 hits by the time you build ninja tabi, which are the cheapest level two boots. It's hard to say whether this justifies it or not since *technically* the dodge might never proc due to being based on random chan"
