The rune is somehow similar to be honest. This is what I used in the past but I moved on Spellbook with Resolve.

Also, Pyke can kill Yuumi with Death from Below at full hp. So, it means first at extreme tier.
About ADC:
Vayne is a good choice with Yuumi too. Her damage is good in early.
Yuumi is good in her lane with:

"For me, I saved a lot of lifes with Athene's Unholy Grail from death. Tbh, that item can counter Pyke's ult (Death from Below). But it depends. If you are doing a mistake like, getting of your adc by accident. Well... He can easily make you a new graveyard."
