"Last whisper is more useful if the enemies have tons of armor, it'll be just waste of money if thats not happening
You could rush a TBC instead, that gives more damage, AS and has armor reduction effect"

Since Lee Sin has an annoying damage early game and gets tanky late game, ranged AD with high mobility are a good counter. Its easier to dodge Q, you can attack from a safe distance and kill him like an AD champion does"
