"I haven't tried him since I don't have pbe acvount but from just looking at his abilities he seems amazing. I might change my opinion though after I've tried how his ult feels and how hard an E+Q combo is to pull off."

Unavailable skins in LCS
Why do you never see unavailable skins in the LCS? Is there some kind of rule against that?
