"I haven't gotten anything yet, what makes you qualiied? I don't think I've ever been chat restricted, but I have gotten hit by the leavebuster due to my pc overheating. I haven't been banned though, just lower priority q. Am I not qualified?"

"Hypohetically, if I play ranked, get last pick mid, and the enemy team consists of Ryze top, Orianna mid, Elise jungle, Corki adc and Nami support there is absolutely no reason to not pick Galio even though he isn't meta."

"Just wanted to throw it in here: Riven mid got hit hard when the value and duration of her shield was nerfed. I think they touched her passive back then as well. She is still bretty guud top but I wouldn't play her mid."
