"its definitely not bad, it even looks somewhat like my build but the crit chance ruins are overkill , you end up with having to many % crit chance which could be used for more damage. You can check out my build if you want to compare the runes ^^

"its a start but make sure you finish the build by adding the summoner spells and the extra details about the build. A build should be made like easy to follow guidelines for its readers."
