"The only reason why I don't have PS is because I am not a rich man/art student or a Gankplank.
But I did have PS Elements on my old laptop once.It was a good experince since now I can translate PS->GIMP far easier.
Also the GIMP 2.8 is out with a single window mode.Looks cleaner!

My main concern is that the charges are easily stacked for mages like Cassiopeia and Karthus BUT burst champion might get really dangerous with those full charges!
