So you might be good in securing kills but not be a good DPS champ then...
I would just go a standard AP build.

"Well PS has some layer setting superiority and better UI but GIMP can still compete.
But to answer your C4D and Fractals,wireframes textures etc.
You need to first of course download c4d,fractals etc.
Then you copy paste the image on a new layer putting it on "addition" or "screen&"
