Posted a Comment: Jan 14th, 2015 "the down side to the lack of boots is yes you can escape with your ult or get into the fight with your ult but getting in and out of lane will quickly become a hassle. Also you lose your ability to land stuns at times after the slow from the E. It may not seem that much but it adds up."
