"Death fire touch isn't that good on Mordekaiser since it is reduced for aoe and damage over time. Stormraiders surge is better since you can easily prock it and it helps you stick to the enemy. Support is a role that depends on both ally and enemy team comps, so i would suggest taking that into consideration.
