"I remember when dodge chance was a thing and you could have 50% on Jax. It was the most ridiculous thing ever. His e back then had a 4 second base cooldown and could only be activated when you dodged something and was just the stun. Could you imagine if current Jax had a stun on a 4s cooldown?"
