"Thresh is actually considered a ranged champion. However, he doesn't use projectiles, so he can attack through things like Wind Wall and Unbreakable. So, Runaan's Hurricane actually shoots projectiles. I'd only recommend taking it if you took Rapid Firecannon, because ["
