Posted a Comment: "Pretty correct, but your masteries are incorrect. the 3% lifesteal is way more useful than havoc. Havoc is a noob mastery. you only get 15 extra damage per 1000 damage dealt, which is completely useless. Also, you should consider 21/9/0. Going the 9 will give you improved heal, 6 armor, and approx 1"

The only viable offensive strat on soraka is AP, and even then, you don't go those summoners, masteries, items, build, etc. This is the dumbest, most least thought out guide"

For masteries, the optimal setup is 0-21-9. In defense, you want the cooldown per level, movespeed at high hp, 2 damage reduction, armor, bladed, etc. In util"
