Also I'm just gonna ignore the mention of AP Tryndamere.
I find that Vi is good at counter jungling and ganking. if the opponent doesn't have an escape I often times force a flash just by showing up with my Q primed. but then again I am forever Bronze and no one knows how to ward down here.
My tier lists aren't diamond only, or challenger only. These tier lists can apply to a wide variety of skill levels and usefulness in all elos. I'm sure rengar can be played perfectly in challenger and succeed, but your average gold player won't be able to capitalize on his strengths with and against other gold players. These assessments aren't based on how godly challenger players can make them seem, it's just a general assessment of their kits and how effective someone can play them. I've seen challenger players play zilean support effectively, it doesn't make zilean support good at all. When you have a challenger adc duo partner and you practice the **** out of zilean support and devise strategies, you can prob make him seem really good. however, the average silver player will lose every time he picks up zilean support because without a professional hand, zilean support isn't effective in the slightest.
You should definitely put this in a spoiler at the top of your Tier list.
By the way, I'm not sure if you've experienced it yet but AD
AD trynd > AP tryn that's at least 105% sure
added to: its not a matter of playing urgot or not.
I'm surprised now with the "lee sin (^^), Nunu(^^)" as if lee sin had a major rework and Nunu wasn't easily counterplayed, ever. oh wait, aranae played them both and is having a hard time trying to lose, what a coincidence.
gj, nunu and lee sin god tier, from tier3, because people remember to use them. (fine, insane nunu buff. my point with lee sin stands).
Talon does nothing once the enemy has some armor. He is a counterpick mid lane at best and you're pigeon holing your top into playing an AP. If they don't by the 25 minute mark 3 members of the enemy team will have 150+ armor each.
So what if he's only a counter-pick (even though I strongly beg to differ)? If so, he's more than a garbage as OP implied.
A champion isn't bad if it's concisely strongest at certain points in the game. Also, as an assassin, you're not aiming for the tanks; you're aiming for the squishy backline which you can easily access.
