That's already included here:
100 => base
.9 => 10% cougar dodge
.9325 => 6.675% seals dodge
.98 => 2% mastery dodge

"Wit's End is no must have item, I go for Stark's Fervor instead of Madreds Bloodrazor as an alternative though.
If you have trouble staying in lane, you should replace Brutalizer with Wriggles for the reasons you mentioned above imo.

"Why would you rush an Madreds if you're so dominant with Twitch? Didn't get your point there.
Wits End is strong but I would prefer Madreds as well (purchasing a Recurve Bow and keeping it until mid-lategame)."
