All I've done is to say it's not allowed. Maybe you didn't know that it wasn't allowed, but that doesn't make me bad for pointing it out.
The early damage of a Wit's End is higher for the same amount of gold in comparison to the damage of Bloodrazor.
Mana pools are also smaller early on, making the mana burn a very effective. It won't do much against AP carries since they usually have big mana pools, but against all other champion types it's great.
We can agree to disagree then. The benefits you've listed there, in my opinion, are to short lived to justify. Its an item that will likely be solo off, which means you're losing gold to have it, and most times, by the time you'd be buying it, you'd already have the hp to make mandreds negate the damage from Wit's End.
Its benefits are geared to much for the early game for my tastes, where Twitch is already dominant without it.
Disregard the Wit's End. It's getting nerfed anyway :/
But one thing still stands; Bloodrazor is a bad early item. It's a lategame item since flat damage values give more damage early on than %of HP.

Why would you rush an Madreds if you're so dominant with Twitch? Didn't get your point there.
To me the question is why wouldn't you? If you can afford it you want to get your biggest items first. To me Madreds is a high priority due to the attack speed bonus combined with the attack damage bonuses.
Infinity Edge doesn't provide as much to justify it being first, so if you're able to knock it out, it seems to make sense that you do so.

It gets stronger as the game goes on sure. However if you pick it up at lets say level 8-10, you're roughly looking at the following bonuses that are tough to match.
Attack speed - 40%
Attack Damage 80+ (30 from the item and about 50+ from the 4% passive assume your target has 1200+ hp)
Armor - 25
The Attack Damage bonus only continues to grow as the game progresses due to rising hps.
An arugement could be made I suppose that building Madreds and Infinity Edge at the same time would be best, and I need to put more thought into it. Having the recurve bow and bf sword would cost about 1/3 less gold and have similar item bonuses.
