I think a couple of months ago I blogged about how I was unhappy with my weight. Well, five weeks ago I really started getting serious about my diet. When I started I was 116 pounds. Today I'm 107 pounds. I've lost nine pounds in five weeks. I know you may think 116 is not that much,but I'm short. I'm 4ft 7in and 116 pounds makes me looks chunky. My main goal is to get down to 95 pounds. That's how much I weighed when I graduated high school. I have been excising/working out everyday and eating better. I do have to say cutting out soda has helped a lot. It's made my skin clearer and the weight has been falling off since I've limited myself to one soda a week. I recently discovered a girl on Youtube that goes by the name of Blogilates. She has her own workout clothing line and such. She teaches you how to make good food. For example how to make pancakes out of an egg and a banana. Her work outs are fun. She also has a monthly meal plan. I don't do everything she says. I do eat chips,but smaller portions. I've been guying this brand called "Skinny Cow" and buying fruits.


Anyways,I just thought I'd share my journey. I would love to show you pictures,but right now I'm still embarrassed of my body. I will when I feel better about my body so you can see the transformation. I still have 12 more pounds. I'm so close but still so far away from my goal. I'm hoping by November I've lost the 12 pounds. I'm not looking to be stick skinny,in fact I had a nice curvy body when I graduated from high school. I just want it back. Before I lost the weight I use to cry so much. I finally sucked it up and started taking the steps to lose the weight. I'm glad I did :)
