Due to the Problem mentioned by BoxmanX - why even use AD-TF. Really - I cannot see a point for him as a carry - you have to get close to deal damage and you're supersquishy. Most spells simply outrange you (standard-range for spells is 600).

Although there are missing some things:
Buy an oracle to destroy wards of the enemy
You buy wards EVERYTIME you get back to base - this should always be your first shopping item!!!
Why starcall on lvl 5? I don't see a point of casting this on lvl 1 (no dmg plus you won't get close enough "
